Provissioners – FAQ’s
Do you have 1-hour delivery windows?
Not yet, but yes, eventually. We know your time is important. We will soon be delivering all day from 9 am to 6 pm. We will be able to work with your schedule.
When can I get my groceries delivered?
Summer Season – Mid-May until Mid-October. Seven days a week 9 am to 6 pm.
Off Season – Mid-October until Mid-May. Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 6 pm. Monday-Thursday deliveries are available with advanced notice.
Can I get delivery the same day?
No. We need to 24 hours to make sure that your order is as complete as we can make it. There is also the exemption of special order items.
Can you deliver to my home, cabin or rental accommodations?
Yes, We are happy to deliver to any of the above. We know how hard it is to judge traffic. We can deliver to any of the homes or resorts in the Sisters Country area. These include Black Butte Ranch, Suttle
Aspen Lakes, all the Camp Sherman properties and campgrounds and any other Sisters properties.
If I know I will be arriving after normal delivery hours can I still get groceries delivered?
Call the management at your rental property. We will be glad to work with them. It will be up to them to sign for and secure your order.
What is the delivery fee?
$15.00 on orders under $150.00
$10.00 on orders over $150.00
FREE DELIVERY on orders over $200.00
Why should I use your shop online and delivery program?
Family Time - Spend your valuable vacation time with your family instead of at a store.
"Elders" - Order from your home. If you have elder parents/relatives, you can order for them from the convenience of your own home, where ever you live. With your/our help, they will be well fed"
Order Anytime - Order when you want from the convenience of your home. You can even order while traveling.
What is your guarantee?
100% satisfaction! We are in this for the long term. If you find an item that didn’t meet your satisfaction, simply return it. Simply return the unused portion to the Camp Sherman Store or we can pick it up on our next delivery to your location. Of course, if you ate all or drank all of it there is no guarantee on that item.
I’m Ready!! How do I start?
You will have to fill out a client profile. This would include your name, address and contact information of both your home and your vacation location.
How do you package my groceries?
We have vehicles equipped with areas for frozen goods, refrigerated goods and dry goods.
Do you have free or discounted delivery?
Your first order is free.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
Yes. Either you or someone over the age of 18 must be present to accept delivery. To ensure quality we don’t leave deliveries unattended. If someone is not available we will return your order to the store where you can come pick it up. If you want us to deliver at a later time you will be subject to another delivery fee. Orders that include beer, wine or tobacco must be signed for by someone 21 or over. Oregon State law requires that.
Can I order for someone else?
Of course! If you want to order groceries for a parent, friend or child all you need to do is fill out a client profile for yourself and list the names and addresses for those you would to deliver to.
Can I order online and just pick up my order at the Store?
Yes- Just arrive during normal business hours. Peak Season – Mid-May thru Mid-October - Monday-Thursday 8-7, Friday and Saturday – 8-8 and Sunday 8-6. Off Season = Friday-Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-4.
What if I order and don’t want the food after you deliver it?
We will return the groceries to the store and credit your card after charging you the delivery fee and a 20% restocking fee.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally we may temporarily run out of an item. That is why we ask you to provide us with as much lead time as possible to process your order. We can also attempt to substitute a similar item. You always have the option of returning a substituted item for a full refund. Note that some items including alcohol, tobacco products, dairy, fresh fish and meats cannot be returned once you have accepted delivery.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes! Many businesses use us to stock their break/lunch rooms. Some business partners order party trays and/or sandwich trays and beverages for meetings and special events.
What if I want to order something you don’t have listed?
Just call us 1-541-595-6711 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always be adding new items and we will always consider requests.
Deals, Closeouts and Clearances
Occasionally we will be notified of deals (overstock, short date or closeout items) Look at this section for additional savings.
Are there any areas you don’t deliver to?
Yes. Three Creeks Lake, Hoodoo, Monte campground, Perry South campground.
We offer gift baskets for all occasions – Weddings, Birthdays, Births and Seasonal Holidays. We have a variety of baskets from small to large. Just go thru the shopping list, pick out your items and click the “Gift Basket” option. We will build the basket to your specifications and deliver it.
Why would I need a gift basket?
Any occasion where you can’t be present, but you still want to show your appreciation or love.
What can I put in a gift basket?
Anything we sell. Advanced notice is needed for crystal wine glasses or champagne flutes. Meat, cheese & crackers and a cutting board. Wine, either red, white or champagne. A gift card.
Oregon State law requires that someone 21 years or older must sign for any beer or wine and someone 18 years or older must sign for any tobacco products.
